Cabanas for dinner

Part of the issue could be needing to hire new CMs. With new ships coming into service, as well as COVID cutbacks, I've read that they need many new ones.
I'm also willing to bet that Disney is not really looking to add to the payroll logs and hire more people.

So, the problem here is that if DCL is really wanting to charge a premium of 50-100% more for their product then other cruise lines, which, BTW, seem to manage having their buffet open for dinner just fine, then I would think that staffing Cabanas would be the least of their issues.

Seems to me that they'd rather add concierge staff that 95% of cruisers will never, ever use...

Yup. And I bet those concierge cruises are responsible for a lot more of the company profits. Just smart business.

Please Bring Back Cabanas For those of us who stay off ship enjoying what the ports have to offer as long as we can and don't want to feel rushed to go to dinner. A casual more relaxed venue is for me. The MDR's are maybe once or twice a cruise.
You describe why many of us are Late Seating fans. No rush to get back from port. Casual, leisurely dinner.
