Which do you prefer? I am wondering if the Cabana massage is too hot. Since you are outside in the open air. I realize it will be in the shade, but do they have fans blowing on you? How do you stay cool?
Is it better just to have a massage on the ship so the temp is cooler?
Also, if you have a cabana massage, can you still use the rainforest room for free that day? Or is it only if you have your massage onboard?
Thanks.

We have always thought about having a cabana massage, but we don't, we always do one or two on the ship, depending on the length of our cruise.

The biggest reason we don't is we don't want to take any time away from having fun on Castaway Cay.

If you have been to CC many times before, then having a cabana massage wouldn't be an issue, but if this is your first time, or you haven't been in a while then you may want to have your massage on ship, unless you don't want to explore CC.

I had the first massage of the day in a cabana at cc in decmber and it was fab!:)

Wasnt hot at all altho I dont remember if there were fans

I thought it was the most relaxing start to the day ever and meant I was thoroughly relaxed all day long on the beach:)

We've just booked a couples massage in a cabana for October:)

We did a cabana massage on CC in May 2004. It was our first cruise and I would recommend getting one on the ship instead to save precious "island time" on CC. Especially if it's your first cruise.

Don't get me wrong..it was WONDERFUL. The cabana was covered but had very wide windows that were open and there was a ceiling fan. It was a little humid, but not hot. They are very close to the beach and you could see the beautiful blue water right outside.

But I did feel like it took too much time away from CC. I would do it on the ship instead next time.
