Cabana ? Concierge

planning to book concierge for our first cruise in 2017. How does it work to request cabana? I know concierge helps with this correct? Any help would be great!!
 
You may put in a request to shoreside concierge at 125 days out and paid in full by the concierge excursion booking window opens. At midnight EST at the 120 day Shoreside Concierge automatically puts in all your requests, no waiting up. Once all is confirmed they will send an email showing what you have scheduled, sometimes times etc have been changed on bookings or the cabana # wasn't available, but you get most of requests.
They will email you a day or so before your 125 request window opens as a reminder to put in requests at midnight at the 125 day EST. I suggest typing out what your requests are and at midnight of the 125 day hit send. They go on first come basis.
Then they do the rest at the opening booking window, remember yo be PIF
 
I usually schedule the message to go automatically at midnight.

You'll get a reply by the next business day at the latest saying they've "calendared" your requests and indicating if there are any they think might be a problem.

For cabanas, I've always given a first and second choice specific number and then a range as a third choice. For example, on this cruise I said first choice was #5, second choice #4, and if both of those were taken, any cabana #1-9. (We like being close yo bathrooms and food.)

They are very nice and will answer other questions too about procedures, refreshments in the lounge, etc.
