We are a party of 10 traveling together. I know the cabanas max out at seven (plus an infant). I also expect that most people want privacy at the cabana. But are any of the cabana close enough together that it would be reasonable to rent two?

This might give you an idea of how close the cabanas are to each other:

These were "standard cabanas", and located in the Uluwatu area (to the side of the dual wave pools).

In contrast, here is a pic of the large umbrellas which are free (first come, first served):

Thank you! That rocks. Thanks!
With a baby that I'll like to find some shade and less activity for I think we'll go for the cabana.
Pics rock. Thanks.
(Umbrellas look great, too. But at 15 mos old I think we'll need less action.)

I agree....a cabana is definitely the way to go if the budget allows :beach: .

Aquatica is a great place to take toddlers. This area is so cute and just perfect for the wee folks:

Have a great time :) .

I've never splurged for a cabana anywhere before, but my logic thus time is a bit skewed.

Originally this was a WDW vacation. But FP+ has me turned off completely. By switching to BG/SW/Aquatica we are saving almost half the money we'd budgeted for parks and at least that much in food as we aren't doing character meals, etc. So I think we'll do the cabanas at least one day.

Since watching some Aquatica commercials from 2013 on YouTube thus weekend my kids are psyched and already begging to do two days. We'll play it by year, but I'm open to it. Honestly, going the non-WDW, less-planning route is something I'm warming up to and feeling good about.

Thanks for your help!
