They're almost all vans/minivans, not cars, so a wheelchair should be no problem to transport over.
The ride was $4 per person each way in Febuary. There are posted signs as to what the fare should be- confirm it with your driver before getting in, have read a few like to pull tricks.
There are a huge group of cabs waiting at the end of the dock. And also ones at Atlantis, should be no problem getting one either place.
The casino and the main building and some of the grounds are free at Atlantis, to see the rest and tour the acquarium, it's $25 adults, $19 4-12, under 4 free, get wristbands at a kiosk under a blue globe in the middle of the casino.
Waterparks require a room at Atlantis or the Comfort Suites adjoining the Atlantis property.
