Cab fare on property

DBF and I are headed down for an adult weekend in December. We are staying at CS but have reservations the first night at Artist's Point. We intend on enjoying a few beverages and even though we will have a car, will not be driving. Any idea on cab fare from CS and WL. Also, how difficult is it to get a cab from the hotels? Should we call ahead? Are they there waiting sometimes? Thanks!

Approx $14-$16 plus tip, from CS lobby to WL
Cabs are usually waiting outside the Lobby of most resorts, if not bell services will be able to call you one quickly.
