Hi. When I picked up my CAA Universal Orlando tickets 3days/2parks from my CAA office. It has a date (May 15th, 2004) on it. But I will be there on the 5th of May. Is this the start date for that ticket/voucher? Would I have a problem using it before that date?

I am leaving tomorrow night and might not have time to straighten it out. My CAA agent left me a voice mail to ask me to go into their Vancouver office to get it fix. I don't have much confident with my agent since she was the one that made the mistake. She made me feel like I told her I was going to be there on the 15th (which I never did). I was totally surprise to see a date on the ticket voucher. What do you think the date meant. It doesn't say start or expiration. Just a date.

Thanks for your help.

Hi, my CAA office was so informative when I picked up my tickets. I asked about expiry date on the 3day/2 park ticket and they told me that there should not be one - that the tickets never expire. I do not have access to the card right now, but when I do, I will confirm for you. Did you get the $77 deal - because that is the same one that I got.

I was the one that told my agent that the 3days/2parks special pass never expires.

But my question is what is the date on the ticket voucher means? Can I use it only after that date?

I only got a ticket voucher which I present to Universal ticket office for the 3days/2parks pass/card. I got the ticket voucher for $122 Cdn each.

My ticket had no date other than the date is was printed off for CAA. Sorry, I thought I could be more help.
