The trip home...
Wakeup time: 730am. I was packed, except for a few small things that had to wait until morning. My aunt made homemade Belgian waffles. They were so good, I had 3. As it got closer to departure time, I made sure to say my goodbyes to all my cousins, except Katie. She was at with her mom, who was waiting for my other blood cousins to go to church.
The John Wayne Airport (SNA) is small. You check in and the security gate is *right there*. Then the gates are *right there*. That close. The flight from SNA to ATL was uneventful. The flight went faster than expected, as it was just under 4hrs. I made sure to watch Caddyshack on the flight. Funny movie. Sadly, my laptop ran out of power with less than 10 mins left in the movie. D'oh!
In ATL, the flight was delayed. The flight that was supposed to load at 745p and leave at 8p ended up loading at 8p. There were plane delays, and the flight took longer than it needed getting off the ground. We didn't arrive to MCO until nearly 11p, an hour later than it was supposed to land.
By the time I got home, it was after midnight. I still had to unpack, which I did for the most part. I have to go back through everything to make sure I'm not missing anything.
Overall, it was an excellent trip. I'd gladly go back to CA, but I doubt I'd want to live there.
Total pictures taken: 997.
Final day of pics
