So Undercover Tourist is offering the CA 3 day Park Hopper ticket cheaper than Disney at $204

I've never bought from them.

I was thinking about converting my ticket into a pass, when the pass availability reopens Jan 13th.

To my understanding, Disney offers the value of the ticket to the pass.

With that said the value of the CA ticket offer from Disney would be $249.

Undercover Tourist states, when using their ticket the price will be whatever the full Disney price of the ticket is.

So would it be the $249, or would it be $535, which is the price of a regular 3 day park hopper?

In general the price Disney applies to the ticket is whatever price you paid for it. So they would apply $204.00. There is a chance that it would be $249 but it is highly unlikely that it would be $535. When you load the tickets into your Disneyland app it specifically states CA Resident Ticket, not Park Hopper.

My guess would be that they’ll apply $249. When I’ve upgraded special tickets, I’ve received the “value” of the ticket, even when it was purchased from a 3rd party.

You can get the same price from get away today. ($204)

Which is CRAZY. They had them at $219 when I was home at lunch yesterday. By the time I got home after work they were $204.00 so I pulled the trigger. Even my reluctant friend bought one. Funny he was the one who brought up going, was 90% on board and now is 50/50. Thankfully I have a few months to work on him and get him 100% on board.
