One of the greatest things about
Disneyland has always been the entertainment. It makes me sad that they are cutting so much of it. Maybe they've been holding out on putting a new show in the Hyperion to see what would happen with the union stuff. Since it went through, they may decide not to bring back any shows, which is terrible. It damages their image IMO, but I'm not privy to the financial effects on the company. The parks are financially sound but the rest of the company has been struggling, I believe.
My daughter works in entertainment at Disney so this increases her pay, but what good is that for all of those who consequently lose their jobs?
Reducing the experience could also reduce the number of people who decide to renew MKs or take another trip to DLR. UGH.
