CA Grille/MK Fireworks-time?

I posted this also on the TP board...but I thought you restaurant BM might have an idea as well:

Does anyone know the approximate time that the fireworks would be on 9/7 at MK? That is our anniversary and I would like to make a ressie at Ca. Grill during the fireworks.

Deb's site has tentative park hours for Jun-Aug. When we went, MK closed at 8:00pm FITS was scheduled for 8:15. Our PS for CG was at 7:45 - We arrived at 7:30 and were seated just before 8:00. Had time to order drinks and appetizers when FITS started.

Since that is a Sunday night in September I wonder if there will be fireworks? I would just go ahead and make a PS and then adjust if fireworks are listed when the schedule comes out.

Even if there are not fireworks, the food and view are wonderful.

Thank you so much for the information...I have not been to WDW in over 15 yrs, I thought the fireworks were every night.

I have heard so many wonderful things about this restaurant, I am sure it will still be perfect for our anniversary-with or without fireworks!

It was a Tues night for us. It just happened that a young man had arranged a very romantic marriage proposal that night as well. He had a dozen red roses delivered to their table, had a photographer standing by, and when the fireworks started he presented his lovely lady with a beautiful ring. It was so touching it brought tears to my eyes (not to mention a few more around the restaurant) and I nearly missed the fireworks.
