CA Grill Reservation + Table Seatings

I know that CA Grill has a cancellation policy for no shows, does that apply to each person on the reservation? For example, you make a reservation for 8 people, but only show up with 7 people. Will you get charged $20 for the one person missing?

Everyone keeps talking about how if you change the number of people on a reservation that CRO has to cancel and rebook your ADR, and I don't want to lose my reservation at the time I have it for, but I don't really want to pay an extra $20 either....

Also, does anyone know how they will seat a party of 8 at the CA Grill? Will it be two 4-tops, or do they actually have tables for 8?

The cancellation is per person that you booked, regardless! I made mine today and even got someone on the phone inside of the Contmp. Don't know anything about seating, this will be my first time there!!

Just an update on my original post, in case anyone else may be wondering about changing number of people for a CA Grill reservation.

I went to the Pop Concierge desk and asked if they could change the number of people ONLY on my CA Grill reservation, the CM looked a little doubtful but she tried it, and voila, the party of 8 was changed to a party of 7... no problem!

I think that once you are on property, it is so much easier to change things with the resort concierge than to try to call through CRO.

Thanks for the update. I have a reservation for a party of 6 and was worried I would have to cancel and rebook if someone couldn't make the trip as planned (which looks likely at this point).
