C25K Podcast question

I am a total ipod idiot but I am considering buying one today so that I can download the ipodcasts on the C25K program.

Question 1....where can I find them to download

Question 2....do they cost money????

Any info would be great Thanks

Hi,

The podcasts that most people use are here:

Podcasts for Running

There are some other podcasts available too though I think. (You can look at http://www.c25k.com for a bunch more info and ideas about the Couch to 5K plan)

The podcast linked above is available in ipod format (mp4) as well as mp3 format, so you don't need an "ipod" specifically, as any mp3 player will do. If you are running on a treadmill, and your computer is nearby, you can just play them on your computer too.

Good luck and have fun! (I started and finished the C25K plan earlier this year, and now am training for a 10K)

I have walked a few 1/2 marathons, 15K, 13K and 10K but want to start to add in some jogging and this looks like a great program

I have one of Roberts its cool. He offered mp3 format too which I needed since I have mp3 player not ipod. I want to get an ipod eventually.

I was trying out podfitness.com recently but when I got set up done they wouldn't except my mp3's So does me no good but looks cool if you have a lot of music yourself anyway because you use your own.

I use Robert's podcasts and love them! I am on W5. I love that he tells you when to run and when to walk so you don't have to be constantly looking at your watch. I also love his very calm and encouraging voice. The music choices aren't always my pick but I can deal with them. I have really enjoyed using them.
