Byron, GA hotel recommendations

Staying overnight in Byron, GA. Have reservations at Comfort Suites and also Holiday Inn Express. Only $10 difference. Care mostly about cleanliness, quietness, bed comfort, and quality of free breakfast. We are checking in around 11pm and leaving after breakfast. Leaning towards Comfort Suites. Any personal experience with either of these?

Yes, with the Comfort Suites last September. Very clean, pretty new, and modern. I'd stay there again without question, even at a higher price.
