BWVs in October

We will be at the BWVs 10/20-10/29. Based on previous years, does anyone know if the Boardwalk has Halloween festivities the week preceding Halloween, or just on the 31st?

There is always something going on on the Boardwalk however I seem to remember Halloween activities were limited to October 31.
