I am renting points for an upcoming stay at BWV and BW view was not available. I requested "village green" view, since that seemed like the closest thing to BW view and would put us close to the action. Is this a good view or would a pool view be better? I have never stayed there before, but from what I understand, it is great, so view is probably not that important, right? Any advice is appreciated.

We have stayed only one night in BWV in 2002, used preferred view points, and we had a Village Green View.

I loved this location, and I assumed it would count as a designated 'Boardwalk View' because we could see the, er, Boardwalk  Personally, I'd rate this location much better than the pool, but others may not.

If this is counted as Standard View, it's a steal IMHO! :)

The Village Green area is considered a Preferred - Pool/Garden view.

It is a very nice view to have, but so are many of the pool & garden views. Which is better? Depends on your personal preference!

This is a great location. You have the Boardwalk view and you are close to the elevators. Be careful though, I requested that view and got a confirmation letter asking for a view of the golf course green area. DUH . when I checked in the front desk was in stitiches laughing. I would have had to have in the attic to see any golf courses unless you count miniature golf. This is considered a preferred view room. The ones on the fifth floor have a really good view.
