BWV View clarification

Does DVC distinguish on reservations pool vs garden view? I just checked online and it says I am booked in a garden view, I mentioned pool view to MS when I booked and I just want to confirm whether garden also means pool/water or if I need to call and ask for pool/water specifically.

Pool/Garden is all one category.

The 3 categories at BWV are:

Standard
Preferred Pool/Garden
Preferred Boardwalk

At BWV, every pool view is a garden view room, but not every garden view room has a pool view. A pool view, I think, would fall under the "requests can be made but not guarenteed" catagory, so if that's specifically important to you, you should follow up in the way you would any other special request.

I am going to wait to put in any requests at all as I am crossing my fingers my waitlist will come through lol

I could have booked 3 of the 4 nights with the boardwalk view but I didn't want to play the game of will the one night come through or not so I decided on taking garden and waitlisting the whole thing -- don't know if that will nip me in the backside or not waitlisting the whole time vs 1 night... time will tell I guess. Either way I am happy we got BWV
