BWV SV at 3 months

i just want to give hope to those who have a waitlist out there or who are trying to make a reservation on fairly short notice. I was able to get BW SV at 3 months out which really surprised me. There was also PV available in studio or 1 BR. I was missing the first day that I wanted so waitlisted it and it came through in less than a week. I know 1BR are the last to book but I really didn't expect to get SV with this short notice. Now I am having second thoughts about it and may try for a studio somewhere else since we really don't need a 1BR with just 2 of us. When I call about ME I guess I will ask about what my options are and decide then. Have only stayed at BWV once before and while we got our request to be near a pool - overlooked the main one- the room was HA and the bathroom floor was wet from one end to the other when you took a shower because it sloped away from the shower end which was wheelchair accessible. The other thing was the balcony had the solid walls so you couldn't see anything unless you stood up while on it. That was in 1998 and I just decided maybe we should try it again and hopefully the buses are also better than they were then for the MK if we want to do the AM EMH. No matter what we will have a great trip and I was happy to be able to get all 6 nights at one resort.

We have been able to get BWV on two short notice trips! We stayed four nights a week before Christmas 2009. Also, just this am I called for a long weekend labor day 2010 trip and was one of four resorts still available. I couldn't believe it! Hope you have a wonderful stay! lt is such a conveniently located hotel! We loved it!

I think with the new choices (BLT, AKV), it's making it easier to get BWV.
