so the only choice I'm given on line is near elevator,I guess I'll have to call to make requests?Personally, I don’t care for “close to elevator” when it comes to BWV SV. That puts you near the luggage loading/unloading area for the bags brought in for Magical Express and RAC. It can be very noisy. “Overlooking tennis courts” is a decent distance from that area and has a pleasant view.

That's what I do. Easy & usually works quite well.Instead of calling you can just email your request in. That way you're not dealing with the long wait times on the phones right now.

@heynowirv, we usually request upper floor across from the bus stop, which is convenient and gives us a good chance of a view of the higher level fireworks from EPCOT ( when they are offering them). That doesn't work for those who can't easily use stairs. If you will be using a stroller, you could request across from bus stop on ground floor.
