hello, I would love to stay at the BWV in a studio, how many people allowed and how many adults allowed? it would be 3 adults, my 2 sisters and me, and my daughter,

is the BWV studio big enough? Thanks for any help or input on this .I wont try to book until I know for sure.

thanks,

Maximum of 4. Keep in mind you only will have 1 queen bed and 1 double sleeper sofa.

They allow 4 in a studio (any combination of ages). They allow 5 in the dedicated studios because of the daybed but it cannot hold an adult or even a teen. The rooms have a queen and a couch/pull-out double. Whether you will be fine with 3 adults and your daughter really depends on you and the group. Many are quite fine with four in a studio, others would get claustrophobic.

If your committed to staying in a studio - one thing to keep in mind is that the OKW studios actually have two queen beds, as opposed to the rest which only have one bed and pull out sofa.

wow, thanks for the quick replies! It definitely does seem like a small unit for 3 adults, we as sisters would be fighting over who gets the bed! LOL I wish I could afford the 1 bedroom.

I am going to see where else I can stay.
Thanks,

Thanks,

It's not as small as you might think. DVC studios are larger than most regular WDW hotel rooms.

caskbill, thanks for the input. I was looking at the floor plans on expedia and it does look a nice size room. and it is my dream to stay there. Now, if someone will only rent me their points. LOL

Go to the rent/trade board. You should have no problem renting points there.

One bedroom has one king sized bed and a pull out couch in the living room. That could be more of a problem. You would really be fighting for that big bed!

To the OP: If you are reserving for cash through WDTC/CRO, you need to specifically ask when you make the reservation. It is entirely possible that different rules will apply for CRO reserations than to DVC (points) reservations.

It is true that there are no additonal charges for more than 2 adults in a studio if you are staying on points, but there may be an extra charge if you are booking through CRO for cash. Again, be sure to ask. In both cases, the maixmum occupancy for a studio is 4 persons plus an infant under the age of 3. A portable crib is provided for the infant.

Best wishes -

I tried the points/rent transfer board. THere isnt any availability for Aug 20-25th in the BWV for a studio. Some people have points but no reservations.
Do you have the number for CRO? What do you think it would cost me if I called them and booked it ?
