BWV standard view

Does anyone know the approx. # of BWV studios with standard view? I keep being told there are very few and they are near impossible to book if this is not your home resort. Thanks!

I read that there are 17 dedicated and 36 lock-off studios with a standard view. I don't know whether this is accurate or not... I don't recall where I read it. Someone's post, I suspect.

Here's the breakdown I have:
BWV
97 Dedicated Studios
130 Dedicated 1Bdrm
0 Dedicated 2Bdrm - 149 Lockoffs
7 Grand Villas = 383 Units / 532 Max. Available Rooms


Standard View
Studios 22% of total 241 studios
One Bedrooms 23% of 272 total one bedrooms
Two Bedrooms 25% of 145 two bedrooms

The breakdown for Boardwalk view homes is as follows:
Studios-23% of total studios have a Boardwalk view.
One Bedrooms-12% of total One Bedrooms have a Boardwalk view.
Two Bedrooms-13% of total Two Bedrooms have a Boardwalk view.
Grand Villas-100% of total Grand Villas have a Boardwalk view.


I did email member services on Friday for an update with the old sales center space to now be included.

As you can see 1/4 (or less) of the units are standard view. Since they are less points, they are VERY popular amongst BWV owners.

They are not impossible to book at 7 mo., but I SURE wouldn't count on getting one then - particularly at the more popular times of the year for DVC (i.e. early December).

We own at BWV and have to call MS day by day at 11 mo. to get a standard view for early December.
