BWV standard best location

I'm staying 2 nights at BWV standard in January. I've never stayed here so please tell me the best request to make or do I need to make one? We won't have a stroller or anything like that but we don't really want to walk too far if possible. We usually like to be on a lower floor.

If you want a lower floor, I would request 1st. With the 1st, you would have 2 entrance/exits to use without using the elevator. One by the main pool and one by the parking lot. There's also an exit to the quiet pool.
