We just got back yesterday from a 9 night trip to BWV. Hurricane Jeanne threw a little bit of a wrench in our plans and we ended up staying longer and had to move around a bit. Here are the rooms we were in:
-arrived Sept 27th late (around 11:30pm) got room 4041. This is a dedicated one bedroom boardwalk view. We were above the store and had a very nice view of both Illuminations and Wishes. The only problem with the room was part of the door knob in the bathroom was broken (I reported it). This room had 2 separate balconies.
-switched to room 5029 on friday Oct 1st. This was a dedicated studio plus with a boardwalk view. Even better view of Illuminations and Wishes. Located above Big River Grille and right across from the basketball/watergun game area. The bell from the watergun game was a tad annoying. One funny note about this room - the people directly below us were on their balcony smoking an illegal substance during Illuminations. My DD (she is 3) accidently knocked over my can of sprite on the balcony. There is a large crack before the edge of the balcony and it poured all over the people below us (my DH leaned over to see if it hit anyone
) It was an accident, but I thought it served them right 
-switched to room 4109 on monday Oct 4th. This was a lockoff one bedroom standard view. This room had the most fantastic view of Illuminations. Better than both the BW view rooms. We could even hear the music. We were directly across from the bus stop on the fourth floor. One large balcony. This was actually my favorite room of the trip.
