BWV Reservation Problems?

I called this morning to try and book a reservation at BWV and was told that they have been unable to check availability there since Monday because of a computer problem. She said they had no idea when it would be repaired - it could be anytime - and to keep checking back, but I was unable to call back again today. Did this happen to anyone else?

It happened to me yesterday and today at 9am. I called back at 9:30 (both days) and was able to get what I wanted.

I've been trying since yesterday and everytime I've called, I've been told the system for BWV has been down. I'll be trying tomorrow morning at 9AM.

We called MS yesterday and they were able to check all resorts except for the BWV. I thought that all of them were tied together so I was somewhat surprised to find out that the BWV was the only one down.
