BWV Preferred view studio question

Hi All,

Will be leaving in a few weeks for my first visit "home". I have a studio with preferred view booked. Well now my vacation partner has a dislocated kneecap and limited mobility. Would there be an easy access preferred studio that anyone knows about? And would it be worth it to advise of this before hand or just wait until check in? TIA.

Call MS and ask the CM to add a request to your reservation to be near the elevators for medical purposes. I am assuming that your friend does not require a handicapped room. You might also want to look into renting a scooter of some kind for your visit. You can find out more info on that over on the disAbilities Forum. Good luck!
