We just returned from our first visit to BWV. We had a wonderful time, and are very pleased with the staff, room, and location.
I just wanted to share a little situation I observed while at the pool at BWV. Pool hopping privalages were discontinued on Thursday the 1st of July due to the Holiday weekend. The staff was checking cards and handing out wrist bands for guests of the resort. They approached one woman who was not a guest and informed her that she would have to go to her resort to swim. The woman gave the staff member a hard time because she felt she had the right to be there. After about 45 minutes of explaining the staff member finally gave in to a certain extent. She told the woman that if it got any busier she would have to pack up. That wan't good enough for her though and started to complain to one of the other guests of the resort. The woman she complained to told the woman to read the rules, and that she was wrong to complain. She also told the woman to imagine if she was at her resort and couldn't find a place to sit because all the seats were taken by people not staying at her resort. After all that she still didn't leave. It took a rain shower to get her to go.
Now here's the thing that really got me. SHE WAN'T ALONE! SHE HAD 11 other family members with her. They took up half of the alcove we were at.
I just thought I would share that with you.
