OKAY - here' the skinny. Just got back from OKW Grand Villa 6 night stay, and OMG!! GORGEOUS! We had a blast, there were 8 of us.

Now we are planning on a 2br stay just for 3 nights in Jan '10. We really want to take my mom, but she's being wishy washy on the commitment because of her job situation. She has ALWAYS wanted to stay at the Contemporary or at AKL. Now with BLT, she would have the opportunity!

HOWEVER - I do not want to count on the 7 month window and try to explain to her why we have to book so far in advance. Like one week she's jazzed about it, and the next week she "can't make any plans" I don't think that I am explaining well enough that we can pay for just about everything up front! Anyway.....

So we are going regardless. I was thinking that we have this one employee in our company who does an AWESOME job, and if my mom can't go, we can surprise him and take him with us. The difference would be that Mom would help pay her own way, and we can't afford a 2BR AKV or BLT without her (or it would be tight, know what I mean).

So we loved OKW, and I figure I would go ahead and reserve a 2 BR there and if she wanted to join us she would be more than welcome. But now I am thinking maybe BWV??? If the employee goes, he would be in surroundings where he would have more to do at night, and if Mom goes, there's lots of cool shops and dining.

Sorry this is so drawn out, here are the questions:
1. In OKW, is there a separate entrance to the bathroom for the "couch" person. We have 3 kids, so if the employee goes, he will be sleeping on the sleeper sofa. If mom goes, she is bringing her partner and the kids will get the sleeper. (small kids, don't worry!)

2. Boardwalk lockoffs, 2 balconies or 1? I like the layout better than BCV, but in the 360 tour, the BCV looked like it had a good size balcony on the studio side.

I know, seem like silly questions. I just need help making the decision. We were in building 63 at OKW and LOVED IT!!! But maybe it would be nice to try something new?

OOOH, also, any alternative transportation in BWV? Like OKW has the boat to Downtown Disney. Anything like that at BWV?

OK that's all for now, I think. PLEASE HELP!

1st-There is no entrance to the bathroom except through the master bedroom.
2nd-I don't know how many baclonies there are, we always stay in a studio and the balcony is a nice size, 2 chairs and a table and plenty of room.
3rd-I love the Boardwalk because it is in walking distances to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, or you can take the boat to either one. You have to take the bus to DTD and MK, if you are up to it or if ou are in Epcot you can take the monorail to MK. If I had a choice it would be BWV you won't regret it.

We stayed at BWV 2 bedrooms, lock off in Jan and there was an entrance to the toilet and shower from the livingroom and the masterbedroom. In the master was the whirlpool tub and sink.

At OKW there IS a separate door to the bathroom for the couch person in buildings #30 and higher.

Yes, entrance to the bathroom for the "couch people" in OKW buildings 30 and higher. Just make your request for that second door when you reserve.
