BWV occupancy and 18 year olds?

HI,

My 18 year old son may be using some of our points for a trip with his friends next spring - I just want to make sure I know the occupancy limits for studio, 1BR and 2BR. Also, I called DVC and they said 18 is the age minimum but are there any other requirements (ie do they have to have a credit card to check in)? He is very responsible and has a great group of friends but just want to make sure to avoid any problems

Studio - 4, 1 BR - 4 (unofficially 5), 2 BR - 8

You don't have to have a credit card.
