BWV not soldout?

I thought BWV was soldout...if not, can someone please tell me what the going price is now? How about financing? Can we purchase less than 150 pts and finance if we already own 150 there?

I was offered February use year this very evening when I called DVC.

Not sure about add-on but terms for first purchase are min. 150 points, $84 a point, or $74 a point if Disney take back your 2003 points.

They are offering more points at BWV at $84 a point. Financing is the same as the other resorts up to 10 years. We bought into DVC at BWV last week. I don't know about buying less than 150 points though. Give them a call!

You can purchase less than 150 points if its an add on or you are buying resale. You need to purchase 100 points to be able to take advantage of the MB program from Disney. I believe you can finance for up to 10 years with a minimum of 50 points.
