BWV - Not available but still for sale on disneyworld.com

This is frustrating for me so maybe someone here can explain it.

I wanted to find a studio or one bedroom on December 7-11 and the DVC rep told me they were all booked so I went on the wait list. Then I checked disneyworld.com to see what other resorts were available and a one bedroom is for sale at the BWV.

Does this make any sense? How can it be available for booking on disneyworld.com but not available to me?

WDW keeps a percentage of the rooms available for cash reservations. Not 100% of the DVC rooms are available to DVC owners 100% of the time.

Stay on the wait list, my guess is something will come through for you.
