BWV -- Magic All Over the Place

Spoke with the manager on duty today to tell him how delighted we've been with the service. He was very pleased and said that there had been a change in "management policy" and that most of the things that I had pointed out as being helpful or really nice were now "expected" of BWV CMs. Sounds like there have been changes here and the staff and management are happy to hear positive feedback. He immediately looked up the names of the CMs I had dealt with to record my nice comments about them. I told him that I would definitely let member services know when I got home as well.
