How does a DVC member staying in BWV get access to the Innkeepers Club?

I think that is considered Boardwalk's Consierge Level lounge.

You would have to book a Club Level room at the Boardwalk Inn. You cannot use points to book at the Inn so you would have to pay cash through Disney reservations.
