BWV Concierge Question

Does anyone know if you can book concierge at the BWV using DVC points?

There is no BWV concierge. Only the BWI portion of the resort has it and you cannot use points to reserve BWI.

using the "disneyy collection" as far as I know the only Epcot area Resort that you can book concierge with is at the Yacht Club.

Oh well, it was worth asking. I would like to try concierge some day, but not so much that I want to pay cash or exchange points for the disney collection.
