BWV Boardwalk View?

I was just looking through one of our DVC books and I noticed a Boardwalk View listed as a choice. Is there a Boardwalk View? Which BWV view do you prefer?

I would say the higher floors close to the elevator...The lower floors can get really loud especially those by the Big River Grille (been there done that) and the long hallways can get to you especially after an Epcot death march.

There is a Boardwalk View at Boardwalk Villas, not at Beach Club Villas.

Boardwalk Views face the Boardwalk and the Beachclub. They are about 20% of the resort and are probably second in popularity to the 20% of the rooms that are standard view. 60% of the rooms are preferred view - if you book later, you will probably only have the choice of preferred view.

With Boardwalk View, high floors enable a better view of the fireworks, but less people watching. Farther down the hall gives you better view of the fireworks, but less people watching and a long walk down the hallway.

Confused by the title of your thread. Are you asking about BW views from BCV rooms? If so, there are none.

Yes, you can stretch your points. The views face the driveway and are not bad.

We just finished booking our next 2BR Boardwalk view for New Years 07-08. We haven't had the BW view in a couple of years so this will be something to look forward to.

Thanks Jean. From the looks of your picture, it looks like we may have had the same room (or at least pretty close). Mine is zoomed in a bit to get closer to the fireworks.

I'm bummed. Called MS for a May BWV Boardwalk view and I think the CM laughed at me under her breath. Thought I would give it a try.

Had the 2BR Boardwalk view in 2001, have it again in August of this year.
Can't wait. Hope to be high so we can watch fireworks.

Stupid question... Does BWV have any ground floor BW-view rooms? Any ground floor rooms period? If so, is your patio fenced in?
