BWV and Magical Express

We have never used ME. Always got a car service to stop for food and drop us off. With the economy where it is, we are trying to save where we can. We will be using ME and ordering from We go shop.
We land at 9:15 at night. MS said we could pick up our own luggage and go the the greeting center where we'll be directed to a bus.
Is it a nightmare that time of night? Do you make many stops?
Help!!!

We used the ME this past August and had no issues to speak of. The only delay occurred in the Orlando Airport during check-in. It seems as though many flights landed at the same time (around 11:00 AM) and the line filled up quickly. The wait time didn't exceed 20 min. but when you are anticipating Disney World, 20 min feels like a lifetime.

Regarding the stops, we also stayed at BWV and we were the first stop for the bus. We were also the last pick up at WDW and first drop off back to the airport when leaving BWV (this is dependent on your airline; we flew Southwest). The only potiential downside is that you must board the departing bus at least 3 hours prior to your flight. Being the first to the airport means a longer wait, which can be a struggle with kids.

In the end, the ME worked great for us and we will use it again next year.

Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on the time you are travelling as I have no experience with an evening flight into Orlando.

Yes pick up your luggage because you may not get it till the next day, so don't put on the WDW luggage tags.

If I remember correctly I think you stop at the Beach Club first then to Boardwalk when coming in on a later flight.

Apparently, the stop sequence varies because when my son and I used ME this June for our BWV stay, we stopped at Caribbean Beach first, then BWV, and then they went on to BCV. We had great luck with it this year, but in December of 2005, we waited more than an hour for our bus. I thought I WOULD LOSE MY MIND!

Hi: We just got back 10/7 and stayed at BWV. The only other stop was for Caribbean Beach both ways.
