BWV Advice Needed!

I am thinking of booking a BWV Garden View Studio room. Any advice on room requests? I vaguely remember reading about long hallways, but anything else I should make sure to ask for with a room request? Thanks in advance for any and all advice.

Many who book preferred pool/garden studios like to request "Village Green." These rooms overlook the grassy area between the BWV lobby and the boat dock. They are also very close to the elevators, so handy to the pool, BW and lobby. They also have a partial BW view.

while the higher floors tend to have better views, there are multiple stairwells that make the lower floors extremelly convenient to the outside (going down 5 flights of stairs is easy, going up....not so much).

you can request close to elevators if you have a stroller or someone who cannot use the stairs, just remember that these are just requests and not always granted. sadly, we have never been able to get the coveted village green studios, despite repeated requests over the years (when we booked preferred p/g because all BW views were gone).

good luck (btw, i would advise trying to book soon....we were unable to get a full week in august as of last month, and are waitlisted - thank goodness, we booked our april and oct BWV trips at 11 months).

Thanks for the information. I actually was able to book and get my dates this morning!

We have never stayed at the BW and the kids are so excited about the pool and location! I did request Village Green and close to elevators. Fingers crossed!
