BWV 2bdr for Nov.

I called MS this morning to switch from SSR to BWV in mid Nov. We were able to get all the nights except the first! Hope the waitlist comes through. I am very happy however and we'll be there the last weekend of the F&W festival!!!

Congrats- I know how you feel as we just switched from SSR to BWV for sept. We got the whole week and are now just waitlisted for a Boardwalk view!

Good luck and pixie dust to you. I know the feeling. We justed switched from our home resort VWL (which we love) to BCV in early November, and out of 8 nights I had to waitlist 1 night right in the middle of our stay for a 2 bedroom. I sure hope it comes through for us too! We just wanted to try the BCV this time but we all feel so sad that we won't be at the VWL. I'm sure we won't be disappointed but I'm trying to convince DH, DS, and DD!

Not to hijack your thread but can you tell me something about the 7 month window.... currently I have a studio @ our home of VWL and was hoping to switch to BCV.

My confusion is, I booked our studio 1 day at a time to get the reservation. Do I need to do the same thing for BCV? Or just wait and do it all at once.

DH & I are willing to be on a waitlist and will be thrilled to have either BCV or BWV and by chance if we cannot get anything else will be content to stay at VWl but just out of curiosity I figured I'd poll the audience.

Any input?

My advice would depend on when you are going - if it is anytime in October, November or December, I'd advise day by day. Like the OP, you may have to use the waitlist and risk having it not come through. As you know, this could mean that you end up changing resorts one or more times in the middle of your stay - but that's worst cast scenario. You are the only one who knows if you can stand the "stress" of the waitlist process, LOL!.

Call MS as soon as the 7 month window opens for the dates of your stay and ask the CM how availability looks. He/She can advise if day by day calling is a good idea or if one more call will do it.
