Can you have 5 plus one under 3 in the one bedroom at BWV?

The reason I ask is my friend will be visiting Disney the same time we are and we are meeting up for a day. I was thinking the little one (2 1/2) may want to nap during the day, so if I could add them to our room my friend could take her back to our room in the afternoon for a nap without us going to let them in.

They won't actually be spending the night there (they are staying with relatives off site). But I would love to offer them access to our room during the day to make it easier for her and the little one to enjoy.

Just loan them your magic band to go up to the room. My brother and his family were in and out of our room at SSR over Christmas. They stayed at POFQ but came to visit and eat with us several times.

This is our first time with the 'magic bands', so maybe I do not understand them well, but I thought we would need ours for fast passes and for charging and for park hopping. So if we are still out and about, if I gave her my band, I wouldn't be able to do these things (I think).

You are correct if you are in a park. I just assumed they were coming over to visit the boardwalk area. I am not sure about 5 plus one in a one bedroom. If it is more than DH and me we go to a two bed as we are space people.

Have a nice trip and I like my avatar too!

A few have mentioned that you can get a key card from the front desk.

Yes, you can, plus they would get free parking.

Well I called guest services and you can add one adult or child under 3 to the room, but not both. So I added my friend cause that child under 3 wouldn't really need a magic band (I just thought she may like it). But this way she will be able to use our room for her little one to take a nap during the day while we are out at the parks. Thanks everyone :)
