I have a week booked for a studio for a baardwalk veiw for a week. I was thinking of booking the two last nights in a 1-bedroom stanard veiw, but MS told me that the 1-bedroom maybe an inside room with no balcony. Does this change the atmasphare of the stay at BWV? THis is my first time at the BWV and my first trip as a DVC memeber? Should I book the last two nights for a 7 night stay in a 1-bedroom? I need help.

I don't know what they mean by an "inside room". It makes it sound like there won't even be any windows like on a cruise ship. While I have never stayed in a 1BR standard view at the BWV (we always stay in 2BR's), I have never heard of this.

Here is a (Link) to a picture of the vast majority of the standard view rooms at the BWV. As you can see, they all have balconies but I can't say for sure that there isn't a 1BR without one. But as you can see, the vast majority clearly do.

I think only first floor rooms don't have a balcony..but i could be wrong..

There are a *tiny* number of rooms with no balcony (you can count them on the fingers of one foot). But no DVC rooms are "inside" in the cruise sense; they all have generous windows.

Do you know if those rooms are standard/preferred, studio/1bd/2bd/ or any numbers?
Thanks:)

twotoohappy...if you read the post carefully you will see that rocketriter was joking...you don't have fingers on your foot....There aren't any "inside" rooms at BWV....

I think there are 1 bedroom villas that don't have a balcony off the bedroom . I'm pretty sure we had one for one stay. There was still a balcony off the Living room area. Maybe that's what the CM meant?

I had a 1 bedroom without a balcony off the bedroom but there was one off the living room. Never heard of one with no balconies (unless you count first floor, which are technically patios rather than balconies).

All BWV 1BR's look out over something, both the living room and bedroom (none are internal with no view). Most have either a continuous balcony running across the living room and bedroom or two balconies, one for the living room, one for the bedroom. Some have only a single balcony across the living room but none for the bedroom. The remainder have no balcony only because they are ground floor units and instead have a patio.
