BWPPI Info

Hi I am going to be in DL the last week of July I have stayed at GC in the past. This time I am going to be staying at BWPPI I know that it is going to be a lot different the onsite. I am looking for any comments, photos or any info as far as closeness etc. Thanks

BWPPI is the closest to the crosswalk to the Disneyland property. The walking time is probably less than from the Disney hotel properties. Rooms are okay. Nothing special, but okay.

The room was ok. The beds were ok. Not too hard, not too soft. We were all able to get a good nights sleep each night. The staff was nice. The breakfast is the standard danish/toast/cereal/juice/coffee. You have to walk across the driveway to the restaurant next door and then upstairs. That was a little odd, but not a big deal. It was not the best. The last time we stayed there, we were there for 5 nights. We ate the breakfast twice. It was just something to tide us over until we could eat real food.

The best part is the walk to the parks. It is close. Super close. It was especially nice to just walk across the street and be "home".

We did not use the pool nor hot tub here, so I am unable to comment on that.

We have stayed at the BWPPI or the Carousal over the last 20 years, both have decent rooms but the Carousal upgraded the beds in 2007 when we were there last. '08 we went to WDW. Its a nice clean hotel - nothing special but it saves money for more disney garb.

As everyone has reported, staff is good, beds are ok, rooms are fine, breakfast is standard free fare. The only thing I wanted to add was don't eat at the restaurant you get your free breakfast at for anything other than the FREE breakfast. Do not waste your money at Captain Kidd's, it's gross, disgusting and unhealthy food.

The BWPPI is located right next to "the crosswalk" on Harbor Blvd.
