BWL availability for 1st/2nd week April '15?

I am waiting to pass ROFR for BWV and would like to know if I have a chance of booking 2 studios for Easter week there? The contract was sent on 6/10.

If I'm understanding the timeline right it looks like I should have my member number and points around the middle of August?

My wife is wheelchair bound (MS) and we're bring my parents so we would need one HA studio. We would actually like a preferred view room if that makes a difference.

So any chance of 9 nights/10 days (4/3-4/12) days in April '15?

I didn't actually look but I would not expect you to have any issue if you are in ROFR now and are open to having any category of room. The HA rooms are limited so that could be the glitch for you but I still think you'll be fine.

BWV pool/garden view was open even at 7 months out for the Easter weeks in both 2013 and 2014. Boardwalk and standard views can be an issue almost any time of year if you do not reserve 11 months out. What I do not know, however, is what has happened with HA rooms in the past and whether those usually fill sooner or later than others do.
