I have already booked a studio for oct 1-9 but I'm having second thought. Are there disadvantages in staying at a hafh instead of the hotel. I have stayed at the moderate hotels often this is my first trip staying at a "deluxe". I will be spending most of my time at the food and wine festival. I also will be traveling solo if that changes your suggestion.

If you paid cash through CRO, it will be no different from staying in a deluxe hotel, only better. You will have a queen sized bed, plus a double sleeper sofa. Plus a kitchenette with undercounter refrigerator, a microwave, coffee pot and toaster. You will have access to free laundry room.

If you are staying on points, you will have trash removed and towels replaced on day 4 of your stay. If you stay at least 8 nights, you will have a full cleaning on day 4. Plus, if you are staying on points, you will save a bundle.

Moderates only have double beds, so the larger bed will be the first plus.

BWV is a hotel-like timeshare, rather than a community style timeshare like OKW and SSR.
