What is the best way to get from BWI Airport to the Pier at Baltimore?

Traveling from the south:

• Follow I-95 North to Exit 55, Key Highway.
• From the ramp, stay straight on East McComas Street.
• The South Locust Point Cruise Terminal's entrance is on the right.

Your best bet is to take an UBER or a Taxi, unless you are renting a car. Depending on time of day and traffic, driving is ~ 18-20 minutes vs. 69-90 minutes riding light rail/bus. Plus you have to tote your bags. Per Royal Caribbean's website the pier address is: 2001 E. McComas St, Baltimore, MD 21230
