BWI Rate for April

Hi I'm new to register, I've been reading post here for many years now. It has always been alot of help.

We are paying 462 a night at the BWI, is that a good rate?

We are going the weekend and the week before Easter. Just how bad are the crowds 4-7 to 4-12?

Hi and welcome Well, the price seems like a lot to me but it's peak season so those are the rates. The BW are is awesome...DH and I love it!! Have you considered renting points from a DVC member and staying at the Boardwalk Villas instead? It's leap of faith and you have to have a certain level of trust but we've done it twice and it worked out really well. Even with a weekend stay which are more points with DVC, I think you'll still save a lot. It might be too late now for your April trip but if you're interested, go over to the DVC Rent/Trade board and read up on it. Good luck!

I think any rate at BWI is fantastic. Really, the crowds won't seem so bad when you can walk back to your hotel from two major parks.
