I've been trying to price something out for our upcoming trip and all rates shown say for either 2 or 4 people...even when I enter that we're a family of 5.

How do families of 5 handle these types of reservations?

We are also a family of 5 but when I make a reservation I just indicate 4 people. At the front desk I will ask for a cot. The normal extra charge is around $10.00 and sometimes I don't even get charged either especially if using priceline since you pay by credit card immediately so when get to hotel it shows $0.00 owing and haven't been charged for cot thus far.

We ALWAYS do this out of Baltimore when we go to Disney at least 3 times a year and we stay at Hyatt Place in Litihicum. Anyhow, the rooms are so large you won't need a cot. We always put 5 in our room and we book a room with 2 double beds and we have no problem. The Hyatt Place has a living room with a large secitional/sofa bed that you can easily sleep on. This is how we sleep. Me with one of my girls age 8 and my Mom with the other girl age 7 and my Husband sleeps on the sofa bed in the living area, no sweat! Also they have great pricing for Park, Sleep, and Fly
