BWI or YC?

I have a short trip planned in January for myself and DD17 and DD14 (1st Girls only trip and DD14 birthday).We have stayed at YC before and absolutely loved it but I thought we should try something new so I booked us at the BWI. For anyone who has stayed at both, which do you prefer and why? I'm having second thoughts since we know we love YC.(FYI it is only between these 2 resorts, love Boardwalk area and did not care for BC.) Thanks to all.

We had a hard time choosing between these two resorts as well. I booked the BWI because I thought it would be cool to be on the boardwalk. Then my husband saw the Travel Channel show on the YC and fell in love with it. We're going in December so I doubt we'd be using the pool, I would think SAB is a big factor when trying to decide between the two. Anyway, enough rambling..giving this a bump up 'cause I wanna know too!

Both resorts are great but I do prefer YC We usually have waterview overlooking the lagoon ~ love to sit out on the balcony and watch the boats and view the Boardwalk from a distance. But I do like that the YC is quieter than the BW. Some people prefer the hustle and bustle of the BW. Our last stay at the BWI was in a deluxe room so we had an extra sitting area with a hide-a-bed. Loved the size of this room!
