BWI concierge sent letter.

Hi ,
They sent me a letter and form to make requests. I already made PS's for our thee nights there. So I don't have much to ask for . Do you think it would be okay to email them and just tell them that we are excited to be coming. Of course if they could help us out by getting the 2 queen beds and a great view with a balcony that I requested we would appreciate the concierge help. We are driving in that night and hope that they keep a room for us.

I think that'd be fine but if you have any questions about ANYTHING they really are great. I've been chatting with them occasionally about our upcoming trip with various questions about minor things. I decided since I had the access rather than guess I'd get the "real" answers to my questions.

Made our YC concierge ressies a couple of days ago, and I already got an email from the concierge, asking for requests.

Of course, I've let them know that we are repeat YC concierge guests, and what room location we wanted, etc.

Will be emailing them again tomorrow for some extra PS's .

BambiTamby - I feel better with your PS. I was starting to feel like I was getting annoying with all my "little" questions (nothing they've done just me). I've asked about everything from the ESPN zone to the new Hi-speed internet connection (DH needs to check e-mail). They have ALWAYS responded immediately and pleasantly.

Do your reservations need to be made directly with Disney to have them call/write or do they call when you use a TA as well?
