BWI Concierge Questions?

A couple of questions regarding concierge and deluxe concierge rooms at BWI:

1. Are any of the deluxe rooms king bedded insteads of queens?
2. Do the deluxe rooms have various views or are they all boardwalk views?
3. Does the lounge have beer in addition to their other "adult" selections?

We were just there in Feb. and I can tell you that the deluxe rooms all face the boardwalk but you don't hear any noise if that's what you're worried about. They did have beer in Feb. but I can't remember the types - at least 2 different kinds. Sorry I don't know about the king bed.

Thanks - regarding the view. No, I wasn't worried about the noise; I was hoping that it was a boardwalk view but the person I spoke to at Disney said they had varied views. Of course, we all know that they do get things wrong sometimes, so I wanted to ask here.
