BWI Concierge question

When checking into a BWI concierge room, do you take the elevator to the
4th floor and go to the desk or do you go to the front desk?

When we pulled up out front, we told the greeter we were concierge guests. He called someone and told us that we would be taken right to our room, where concierge was waiting.

At our door was the concierge person, who checked us in right in the room, activating our door keys and everything.

Very convenient.
