BWI Concierge Check In

I read on this board lately that concierge check in for the BWI is now on the 4th floor. The info I just got from Disney doesn't confirm. Can anyone who has recently checked in concierge confirm the correct place?

Just checked in upstairs, 12-20. It's a new thing so I would definately double check just before your trip. I am sure Itinerary Planning will have the info you need.
